One of the keys to his success is his intentionality (setting clear expectations about the process and our relationship up front) and clear communication skills throughout the process. He does this well in his relationships and it bleeds over into his professionalism as a REALTOR. As for the home buying and selling process quite frankly, Glen blew me away. He was patient and calculated (our engagement was 6+ months and we lost multiple deals before we finally won), smart (he brought multiple strategies to the table I hadn't considered), and incredibly responsive (quickly organized to put us in the best position to win in a competitive market then stayed that way throughout closing). He was even able to negotiate a seller credit to us in what was essentially a 100% seller market during the height of COVID. I feel that Glen not only minimized our expenses on the new home purchase but helped us sell our old home for top dollar. Both transactions were smooth as butter. Glen found his niche in real estate.
