Listing Brokerage Fee: A base fee of 3.6% of the Agreed-Upon Purchase Price paid at Closing
*Cooperative Broker Compensation (Buyer's Agent Fee): 2.4%
*In North Carolina, home sellers customarily offer buying broker compensation for their listings. This is a separate fee paid in total at closing along with your listing fee. Like all fees, this is negotiable with your listing agent.
Transaction Fee: $400 payable at Closing, non-refundable
Listing Agent Retainer Fee: $550 paid up-front, Refundable at Closing
OPTIONAL - Broker-on-Site Showing Fee: $995 paid up-front, non-refundable
OPTIONAL - Home Staging Fees: $1,500 for vacant homes, $600 for a 30-Minute Occupied Home Staging Consultation with a Third Party
