As your real estate broker, we're committed to transparency in the fees associated with the home buying process. Here is what you can expect from a fees standpoint when using one of our agents as your trusted real estate advisor: 

*Brokerage Fee: A base fee of 2.4% of the Agreed-Upon Purchase Price paid at Closing

*In North Carolina, this fee may be paid by the seller of the property you are purchasing. This is subject to change, and if it does, your broker will discuss the details with you privately. 

**This fee percentage is subject to change depending on the type of property being purchased (i.e. vacant land, new construction, or off-market properties). Some properties offer more or less compensation, or no compensation, depending on the agreement in place with the seller of the property in question.

Transaction Fee: $400 payable at Closing, non-refundable

Agent Retainer Fee: $0
